Heidi Pender is Co-Executive Director and Social Services Director at Integrity Home Studies. She has been married to husband Michael for 25 years, and is a mom to three awesome kids, who became a part of their family through both birth and adoption. Heidi is a counselor who has specialized in working with adoption and attachment issues and is passionate about helping families be prepared for the intricacies of loving an adopted child. Outside of work, you can find Heidi enjoying the great outdoors with her family and dogs, happiest on a hiking trail or paddle board.

Rachelle Staley is Co-Executive Director and Managing Director at Integrity Home Studies. She first began working in international and domestic adoptions in 2000. As a social worker, she has experience completing over 1400 adoptions. Rachelle can streamline and flex with changes in adoption paperwork requests from various agencies (UCIS, grant organizations, country, or placing agency requests, etc). Rachelle is known for actively loving her people and is happiest outside floating in rivers or sitting around a fire pit. Her pup usually goes with her, wherever possible.
